Beza Foods is a UK-based Ghanaian-inspired food brand created to bring bold, comforting and deeply flavourful African cooking into everyday kitchens.
Founded by Samira, a Ghanaian home cook and food creator, Beza Foods was born from a love of proper home-cooked food — the kind of food that fills the house with aroma, brings people together and reminds you of where you come from.
Our sauces and spice blends are inspired by Ghanaian food traditions, Zongo-style flavours, family cooking, street food culture and the rich layers of seasoning that make African food so unforgettable.
But we also know that life is busy.
Not everyone has time to peel, chop, blend, fry, season, simmer and wait for hours before dinner is ready. That is why Beza Foods creates flavour-packed sauces and spice blends that help you cook beautifully, without starting from scratch every time.
From jollof-style cooking sauces to all-purpose tomato bases, shito-inspired condiments and carefully blended spices, our range is designed to make cooking easier, faster and full of character.
My Journey
At Beza Foods, my story begins with a deep love for cooking. As a passionate home cook and food YouTuber, I’ve spent years experimenting with flavors, reimagining Ghanaian recipes, and sharing creative dishes with an audience who values both tradition and innovation. Cooking, for me, has always been more than preparing meals—it’s about storytelling, celebrating culture, and bringing people together.
My Background
Alongside my passion for food, I pursued a BA in Business and Enterprise, earned a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and later Masters at Law (LLM). This educational background gave me the tools to combine creativity in the kitchen with strong business knowledge. It shaped my ability to turn a love for cooking into a brand that balances authenticity, growth, and innovation.
