What is Beza Foods?
Beza Foods is a UK-based Ghanaian-inspired food brand creating flavour-packed sauces, condiments and spice blends to help you cook delicious meals with ease.
Are your sauces only for jollof rice?
No. Our jollof sauces are perfect for jollof rice, but they can also be used in stews, pasta, beans, couscous, bulgur wheat, tray bakes, marinades, roasted vegetables and one-pot meals.
How do I use the jollof sauce?
Warm the sauce in a pot, add washed rice, then add water or stock as needed. Cover and cook until the rice is tender. As a starting guide, try 2 cups rice, 1 cup sauce and 1 cup water or stock, then adjust depending on your rice.
Is Everything Sauce spicy?
Everything Sauce is designed as a seasoned tomato cooking base. Please check the individual product description and label for spice level, as heat may vary by product.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Some products may be suitable for vegetarians or vegans, while others may contain ingredients such as fish, seafood or other allergens. Please check the product label and ingredient list before purchasing.
Do your products contain allergens?

How should I store the sauces?
Before opening, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, follow the storage instructions on the label. We recommend refrigerating sauces after opening and using within the recommended time shown on the product label.
How long do the sauces last?
Please check the best before date printed on the product. Once opened, follow the instructions on the label.
Can I use the sauces as a marinade?
Yes. Many of our sauces work beautifully as marinades for chicken, fish, meat, vegetables and tray bakes.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, our main shipping is within the UK. International shipping may become available in future. Please contact us if you are outside the UK and interested in ordering.
