We currently ship Beza Foods products within the UK.
Orders are carefully packed to help protect your items during delivery. Once your order has been placed, we aim to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service and seasonal demand.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions. Any current delivery offers will be shown on the website or at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:

- A clear photo of the damaged item or packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.
Returns
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns for opened products or items that cannot be resold for food safety reasons.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be offered where an item is damaged, faulty, missing or incorrectly sent.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can look into the issue.
Change of Mind
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products simply because you changed your mind, especially if the item has been opened, handled or stored outside our control.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
